PSP/reg基因研究进展

摘要 PSP/reg基因是再生基因家族中最早被发现的成员。自从PSP/reg被发现以来,人们对其分子结构、生物学特性、在哺乳动物生理和病理过程中的产生、变化规律及可能的作用等方面做了许多研究,尤其在与糖尿病、胰腺炎、消化道肿瘤的关系等方面取得了一些进展,本文就此进行综述。 Since PSP/reg gene,the first member of reg gene family was discovered,it has been studies in gene structure,biological characteristics,the expression and possible role in physiological and pathological processes.Progress of PSP/reg gene research has been made in diabetes,pancreatitis,gastrointestinal tumors and some other diseases in recent years and will be discussed in this review.
