摘要
针对上分103型气相色谱仪,改装填充柱为毛细管柱后其性能良好,各项指标均达到同类仪器水平。
Based on the fact that real tubular reactor exhibit smaller degree of backmixing, approximate treatment for axial diffusion model in isothermal tubular reactor accompanied by a second-order irreversible reaction is carried out. Moreover, a approximate expression for calculating the conversion at reactor outlet XA,out is also derived. Advantage of approximate expression is simple for calculation compared with any other numerical methods for solution of axial diffusion model. Furthermore, the results ca1cu1ated by approximate expression are compared with shooting method.The agreement between both is satis factory for a wider range of Parameter.
