黄芪注射液对培养乳鼠心肌细胞再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究黄芪注射液抗培养乳鼠心肌细胞再灌注损伤的作用。方法采用培养的SD乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧复氧模型,实验分为六组:A正常对照组,B缺氧组,C黄芪20组,D黄芪100组,E黄芪200组,F黄芪400组。黄芪各组缺氧过程中给予不同浓度黄芪,缺氧4 h,复氧2 h。比较缺氧复氧前后心肌细胞存活率,培养液中心肌酶含量。结果各组缺氧前后谷草转氨酶(GOT)均有差异。复氧后2 h,B、C、D组培养液中心肌酶含量均有不同程度升高(P<0.05)。E、F组GOT值较基础值降低(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,各组细胞经过缺氧复氧后,存活数均有不同程度下降(P<0.01)。与缺氧复氧组比较,加入黄芪保护的黄芪20,黄芪100,黄芪200组均优于单纯缺氧复氧组。黄芪200组存活率最高(P<0.01)。结论黄芪能够减轻培养乳鼠心肌细胞再灌注损伤。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the protective effect of astragalus injection on reperfusion injury cardial myocytes. METHODS Studies were conducted on cultured cells. Rat ventricular myocytes were subjected to hypoxia 4h and reoxygenation 2h. Astragalus injection was applied to cells during ischemia/reoxygenation and the extent of cell death and myocardial enzyme was determined after 120 minutes of reperfusion. RESULTS In cells, incubation with astragalus during reoxygenation attenuated the extent of cell damage and also reduced the number of apoptotic cells. CONCLUSION This study shows that astragalus attenuates cardiac myocytes injury during reperfusion.
