摘要
系统地报道了水热法制备各种化合物晶粒变化及与水热反应条件(前驱物形式、反应温度、反应时间、反应介质)的关系,通过选择不同形式的前驱物可适度调控化合物晶粒的粒度。改变水热反应条件,可制得同种化合物的异构体,由于同质异构体的结晶习性不同,使所制得的晶粒形态和粒度有很大的差异。各种化合物在水热条件下形成的晶粒都有一粒度范围,决定粒度范围的首要因素是晶粒自身结构的差异。任一种化合物晶粒粒度都不可能通过改变水热反应条件而无限制地减小。
Variation of the crystallite size of compounds hydrothermally synthesized and the relationship between the crystallite size and the synthesis conditions,such as the form of the used precursor,hydrothermal reaction temperature and time,were investigated.The crystallite size can be adjusted by selecting the precursor in certain range.Also the kinds of polytypism with different size distributions can be synthesized by changing the reaction conditions.The difference in the crystallographic habit of the polytypisms causes the variation of their morphology and particle size.Actually,a kind of crystallite has a district particle size distribution region and it can not be reduced without limitation by adjusting the reaction conditions.
