摘要
对具有不同Al2O3/SiO2比的双相铝硅凝胶的烧结行为及陶瓷材料的显微结构进行了研究。结果表明,少量液相的存在对先驱粉末的致密化速率和材料显微结构有显著的影响。富硅莫来石先驱粉末成型体能在较低的温度下常压烧结,相对密度高达98%以上,试样有柱状莫来石晶粒存在。随着铝硅比的升高,先驱粉末成型体必须在更高温度下烧成,才能致密化,而且试样显微结构由尺寸较大的等轴状莫来石晶粒构成。这表明,铝含量多的莫来石,其晶界迁移速率更大。
Sintering behavior of diphasic aluminosilicate gel and microstructure of ceramics were studied over a range of chemical composition (Al 2O 3/SiO 2 ratio).Existence of small amounts of liquid phase has a significant effect on densification rate and microstructure.The precursor compacts which are rich in silica relatively are pressurelessly sintered to obtain a high relative density (>98%)at low temperatures,and mullite grains of prismatic shape are found in the samples.With the increase of Al 2O 3/SiO 2 ratio,sintering of precursors for high density requires relatively high temperatures,and the microstructure of the sintered samples is characterized by larger mullite granular.It is shown that the grain boundary diffusion coefficients for mullie with higher Al 2O 3 content are higher.
