摘要
介绍了零分贝及同轴线刨开圆环旋转关节的工作原理,据此研制出满足电气及结构要求的X+L超大直径双路旋转关节。该关节轴向尺寸超小(H≤222 mm),径向尺寸超大(D≥475 mm);X波段:0fx±500 MHz,VSWR≤1.35,Lr≤1.5 dB;^P≥20 kW;P-≥200 W;通阻带跳频工作。L波段:f0L±70 MHz,VSWR≤2;Lr≤2 dB。
The operation principle of a 0 dB rotary joint and a coaxial-divided ring rotary joint is introduced in this paper. Then, an X + L uhralarge diameter double-channel rotary joint, which satisfies electrical and structural requirements, is developed. The axial size of the joint is ultra small (H≤22mm) , and the radial size is ultra large (D≥475 mm). The frequency hopping operation within passband and stopband is permitted in X band: f0x +500 MHz, VSWR≤1. 35, Lr≤1. 5 dB, ib≥20 KW,ib≥200 W; in L band: foL +70 MHz, VSWR≤2; Lr≤2 dB.
