A Probe into "Two Basics" Mathematics Teaching Principle

摘要 "双基"教学观是我国传统教育中"通过基础内容的教学,为后续发展打下基础"这一思想的现代发展,它是将基础具体化为"双基","双基"是基础中的重点。"双基"提法有一定的局限性,也无法适应时代发展的需要。"双基"教育理念的进一步发展,应该是改变"双基"提法而不是改变内涵。 “Two Basics” mathematics teaching principle is developed from Chinese traditional education concept which couId be described as to lay the foundation for future development by teaching basic knowledge and ba- sic skill It defines basis as basic knowledge and basic skill. This principle has some limitation, and is unable to adapt to the needs of current development. Thus, we should make a new interpretation for it rather than change the principle itself.
