摘要
介绍了以通用频率计数器ICM7216D为核心,结合大规模集成电路和简单的外围电路,采用分频法进行测量范围为10 kHz^700 MHz的超高频数字频率计的设计方法,并给出了该频率计的仿真结果。仿真结果表明,所设计的频率计在10 kHz^50 MHz范围内测量效果很好,在50~700 MHz范围内测量效果稍差,但均达到了设计要求。
This paper introduces the process of designing UHF digital Cymometer by dividing frequency. This Cymometer has general frequency counter ICM7216D as core component in combination with large scale IC and simple external circuits to measure frequency between 10 kHz to 700 MHz. Simulation results are given as well. Simulation results show that the designed frequency counter works better in 10 kHz to 50 MHz than in 50 to 700 MHz, both of which achieve the requirements.
