摘要
对内回流循环流化床(RCFB)烟气脱硫系统二级电除尘器烟尘排放超标,改用高浓度布袋除尘器,运行后烟尘排放浓度小于50mg/m3(标准状态)。这种布袋除尘器控制简单,运行稳定可靠,滤袋防腐抗湿性能好,使用寿命长。
The smoke emission of secondary stage electrostatic precipitator（EP） in RCFB desulfuration system had surpassed the set standard, the RCFB desulfuration system of 2 × 300 MW units in extension project of Guangzhou Hengyun Power Plant had to be replaced by using bag dust collector with high concentration. After putting into operation, the concentration of smoke emission has been reduced to lower than 50 mg/m3 （standard state）, the control of bag dust collector to be simple, and its operation to be stable and reliable. The filtering bags have good performance of anti - corrosion and moisture - resistance, and boasting long service life.
