摘要
为深入解析区域经济发展中的欠发达地区复杂系统,科学细分国内欠发达地区,克服学术界和实践界在国内欠发达地区研究和认识上的模糊性;从分析欠发达地区内涵和社会发展水平衡量方式入手,研究国内欠发达地区的基本特征,构建界定欠发达地区的"综合发展指数"(IDI)指标体系;针对指标体系中指标数值的标准化和指标权重的确定这两个关键性问题,运用IDI指标体系,实例测算并给出了基于省级行政区划的国内欠发达地区的5种基本类型。
In order to analyze the complex system of underdeveloped regions and distinguish underdeveloped regions logically, also in order to conquer the uncertainty of the comprehension and research about underdeveloped regions in China, the basic characteristics of underdeveloped regions in China are focused on and an IDI index system is built up for the identification of different underdeveloped region, based on analyzing the definition, criterion of underdeveloped regions. Aiming at the criterion of the index＇s value in this system and making use of the rated ratio of each index, with help of IDI index system, a calculation sample is given to show the five different types of underdeveloped regions in China.
