摘要
于节瓜5叶期分别用不同浓度的乙烯利、赤霉素(GA3)、乙烯利与赤霉素混合三种激素处理植株,结果表明:在本试验范围内,激素处理随着浓度的升高,植株高度、茎粗、节间长逐渐减小,单一激素处理、混合激素处理对节瓜植株的生长都有一定的抑制作用,GA3在一定程度上可以逆转乙烯利的作用;200 mg/L GA3能够降低节瓜第一雄花节位并提高叶片的光合速率,60 mg/L的乙烯利能够降低第一雌花的节位并提高叶片的光合速率。
At five leaves period of Hispida plants,they were treated with different concentrations ethephon,GA3 and ethephon + GA3, It were shown that in this experimental scope,stem diameter,the length of node and the height of plant decreased gradually as the increasing of concentration.One hormone treatment or different hormone treatments had both inhibiting effect to the growth of plant,and GA3 can reverse the effect of ethephon to the growth of plant;200 mg/L GA3 can decrease the node position of the first male flower and improve the Pn of the Hispida;60 mg/L Ethephon can decrease the node position of the first female flower and improve the Pn of the Hispida.
