摘要
用化学镀法对FeS粉末进行表面改性处理,防止其在热喷涂过程中氧化烧损,是热喷涂法制备硫化物自润滑涂层的关键。以AgNO3代替常见的贵金属盐PdCl2作为活化剂,对平均粒径为400目的FeS粉末进行表面化学镀镍,同时分析了镍合金镀层的形成机理。利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对样品进行形貌观察和分析表征。结果表明,以AgNO3代替PdCl2作为活化剂,FeS粉末表面包覆了一层致密、均匀的镍合金层,其性能得到了改善。
In order to prevent the oxidation of FeS in the process of thermal spraying, the surface processing of electroless nickel plating on FeS is the key to prepare sulfide self-lubricating coating. Electroless nickel plating was carried out on the surface of FeS powder with 38 μm diameter using AgNO3 as activator replacing the conventional activator PdCl2, and the formation mechanism of Ni alloy coatings was analyzed. XRD, SEM and metallic micrograph analytical methods were used to characterize the properties and morphology of FeS. The results showed that the FeS powder's surface is coated with an uniform and compact nickel alloy using AgNO3 as activator and the properties are thus improved.
