摘要
合成了苯-丙乳液。研究了软、硬单体对乳液涂膜性能的影响。加入增韧剂和脱膜剂及其它助剂对苯-丙乳液进行了改性。讨论了增韧剂和脱膜剂用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果发现,当m(软):m(硬)=13:20,W(增韧剂)=4.50/01W(脱膜剂)=0,7%时,涂膜具有较好的附着力、柔韧性和伸长率。获得了具有较佳的涂膜可剥性水性涂料。该涂料具有以下性能:固含量30%,D=18—23nm,Tg=-5℃,附着力7级,伸长率300%,柔韧性1mm,铅笔硬度2H,δ=30~40μm,η=55~64mP·S,冲击强度〉50kg·cm。
A polystyrene-acrylate emulsion was synthesized. The influence of soft and hard monomer on emulsion coating's performance was studied. The emulsion was modified by toughener, remover and other additives. The effect of dosages of toughener and remover on coating's performance was discussed. Results show that the coating has good adhesion, flexibility and elongation rate when m (soft) : m (hard) is 13 : 20, w (toughener) = 4.5%, w (remover) = 0.7%. A waterborne coating having good strippable film was gained. The coating has the follows properties: solid content 30%, D = 18-23 nm, Tg = -5 ℃, adhesion grade 7, elongation rate 300%, flexibility 1 mm, pencil hardness 2 H, δ = 30-40 μm, η= 55-64 mP-s, impact strength 〉50 kg·cm.
