摘要
儒家文化是中华文化的瑰宝,其思想博大精深,源远流长,对当代中国乃至世界文化都有着巨大的影响。研究儒家核心思想——"仁、义、礼、智、信"中蕴涵的深刻的人力资源管理思想,对研究传统文化对人力资源管理的影响有着抛砖引玉的作用。
The Confucian culture is the Chinese culture treasure.Its thought is broad,profound and well-established,which has huge influence on contemporary culture of China and even the whole world.This text studies on human resource management thought which profoundly implied in core thought of Confucian culture-"ren;yi;li;zhi;xin".It has introductory function for researching of traditional culture's influence on human resource management.
