摘要
目的建立HPLC与TLC测定保健品中枸橼酸西地那非的方法。方法以枸橼酸西地那非为外标物质，TLC法筛选定性，直接用HPLC法测定。结果枸橼酸西地那非检出限在0．3198—1．599g·L^-1之间线性良好，线性相关系数r=0．9999，精密度良好RSD〈2％；回收率99．5％，结果满意。结论HPLC法测定保健品中的枸橼酸西地那非的含量，分析速度快，线性范围宽，各项分析指标均达到要求。
Aim To establish HPLC and TLC method for determination of sildenafil citrate in health products. Method Sildenafil citrate was adopted as external standard material,TLC used for qualitative screening, and HPLC for determination. Results The linear rate of sildenafil citrate in the 0. 3198 - 1. 599 g · L ^- 1 is good, requal to 0. 9999. It has good precision with RSD 〈 2%, Recovery rate was 99. 5%, with satisfactory results. Conclusion The method is quick, wide in linear range and analytical indicators all meet the requirements.
