摘要 生物柴油和生物质油的可持续健康稳定发展,必须有稳定和优质的原料来源。藻类生物质即是生产生物燃料的优良原料。介绍了微藻的概念,综述了利用微藻制备生物柴油和生物质油的国内外研究进展,尤其是制备微藻方面的生物基因工程、新反应器和联产技术,以及微藻直接热解制备生物质油和直接燃烧利用的技术。探讨了利用微藻制备生物燃料的优点和存在的问题。 The sustainable and steady development of bio-fuels, including biodiesel and bio-oils, must secure stable and high quality raw materials, while microalgae is one of them. In this paper, the concept of microalgae was introduced and the research and development about the production of biodiesel and bio-oils in the world were reviewed. The emphasis was put on the progress on the synthesis of microalgae by genetic engineering, new reactor and coupling process, as well as the production of bio-oil from pyrolysis of microalgae and direct usage of microalgae as fuel. Finally, the advantages and problems in making bio-fuel from microalgae were discussed.
