摘要
针对现场总线的实时性要求,提出了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A的CAN总线通信控制方案,介绍了其基本工作原理、典型收发电路系统和通信实例。将该系统作为搭建双丝脉冲MIG焊焊接系统协同控制的通信平台,从而使得两个焊接电源电流输出为脉冲模式,且相位交替相差180°,实现了双丝脉冲MIG焊在焊接过程中的协同控制。
Aiming at the real-time demand of the field bus communication,a kind of scheme about the CAN bus communication control based on the DSP chip TMS320LF2407A is put forward ,and with the introduction of the basic working principle ,typical circuit of application,example of communication.This system applies to the double wire pulsed MIG welding system as the communication platform of cooperation control, it makes the current output of welding power supply with the pulsed pattern, and phasic discrepancy of 1 800, at last, the realization of the cooperation control in the welding processing for the double wire pulsed MIG welding.
