摘要
提出了集气管的智能控制方法.详细介绍了新2#焦炉集气管压力控制器的设计方法.针对该焦炉集气管压力波动幅值大、压力振荡剧烈的情况,提出了变结构模糊控制算法;该方法对集气管压力的不同波动范围,通过采用不同的控制规则以及量化因子设计了两个模糊控制器.仿真试验以及现场实际运行结果表明,根据变结构模糊控制算法建立的控制系统能够迅速调节新2#蝶阀开度使压力在15 s内达到稳定,实际效果证明了该算法的有效性和可靠性.
An intelligent control method is presented for gas collector in coke oven. The pressure controller for the second new gas collector is introduced in detail, which has large fluctuation range and fluctuates sharply. A variable-structure fuzzy control method is presented, which uses different control rules and quantitative factors to design two fuzzy controllers according to different ranges of the gas collector pressure. The simulation and actual operating results show that the system can make the gas collector pressure stable within 15s by accommodating corresponding butterfly-valves, and practical effect demonstrates the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm.
