摘要
昆明市市区地处滇池流域,人均水资源量不足300 m3,是全国14个严重缺水的重点城市之一,水资源不足是制约昆明市经济社会发展的瓶颈。文中从构建昆明市供水水源系统角度,通过3个层次分析,提出构建3个层次水源供水系统,使3个供水系统相互衔接、互为补充、分步实施,解决昆明市近、中、远期的用水需求,从而保障昆明市经济社会可持续发展。
From the viewpoint of constructing the water supply source system for Kunming City, it is proposed herein to construct the water supply source system at three levels for Kunming City in accordance with the analyses at three levels ; in which the three water supply systems concerned are to be constructed in form of mutual connection, mutual supplement and to be implemented in steps, so as to meet the water demands in early, middle and later stages for Kunming and guarantee the sustainable development of economic society of Kunming.
