摘要
目的分离、鉴定马齿苋中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法、ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离及纯化;根据化合物的理化性质和波谱分析数据进行结构鉴定。结果提取分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为反式-对香豆酸(E-p-coumatic acid,1)、金莲花碱(trollisine,2)、木栓酮(friedelin,3)、4α-甲基-3β-羟基-木栓烷(4α-methyl-3β-hydroxylfriedelan,4)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,5)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,6)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,7)、芹菜素(apigenin,8)、山奈酚(kaempferol,9)。结论化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the extract from the Portulaca oleracea L. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel and ODS. The structures of these compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results Nine compounds were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L. and their structures were identified as E-p-coumatic acid (1), trollisine (2), friedelin (3), friedelan-4α-methyl-3β-OH (4), lupeol (5), β-sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7), apigenin (8), kaempferol (9). Conclusions Compound 3 were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L. for the first time.
