Preparation of vanadium pentoxide hollow microspheres

摘要 Using polystyrene(PSt) microspheres as template which particle average diameter was 200 nanometers and PVP,vanadium sol for reacting medium,the nanoscale vanadium precursors were precipitated on the surface of microspheres.After liquid and solid separating,washing,desiccating and finally burning for precursors at 530℃,the hollow sphere,vanadium pentoxide with particle diameter 1~1.5μm were made.The characterization of morphological properties,hollow structure and phase composition of products were analyzed using SEM,TEM and XRD.The reaction mechanism of hollow sphere vanadium pentoxide and infecting factors of experiments were studied.The results indicate that through controlling the quantity of PVP,PSt,NMP and vanadium compound can insure getting hollow sphere vanadium pentoxide when reaction time was between 5.5 and 6.5 hours and temperature was 90℃.
