摘要
以乳酸为原料,研究了乳酸本体熔融缩聚法直接合成聚乳酸的反应条件,如催化剂、反应温度、压力、反应时间等对聚合反应产物摩尔质量及产率的影响。通过实验得出了合成聚乳酸相对适宜的工艺条件即选择催化剂用量为乳酸质量0.5%的SnCl2,在聚合温度l80℃时,压力在1000Pa下,聚合反应12h,能够得到重均摩尔质量为8.6×104g/mol的聚乳酸。
With lactic acid as raw meterial, the effects of reaction conditions, such as catalyst, reaction temperature, pressure, reaction time and so on, of the direct synthesis of polylactic acid by means of melt ploycondensation on the molecular weight and productivity of the polymerization reaction product were studied. The relative appropriate reaction conditions for the synthesis were determined by means of experiments: the content of catalyst SnCl2 was 0.5wt% of that of lactic acid, polymerized at 180 ℃for 12 h under 1 000 Pa, the viscosity average molecular weight of the prepared polylactic acid was 8.6 ×10^4 g/mol.
