摘要
中介组织作为依法设立的、连接各类市场主体(包括政府)并为其从事相关行为提供服务的组织,在市场经济体制下起着沟通生产要素的供给与需求、降低交易成本的重要作用,是市场机制不可或缺的组成部分。厘清中介组织的涵义、明确其法律地位并进行科学分类,既是社会经济发展的必然要求,也是法律主体制度完善的必然选择。
Intermediary organization is an organization established according to the law. It connects each market body, including government. Intermediary organization plays an important role in socialist market economy. It is necessary to understand its meaning and legal status.
