摘要 采用电液比例技术,研制了摩擦焊计算机闭环控制系统,实现了摩擦焊接过程中轴向压力的闭环控制及主轴转速、轴向缩短量的实时检测。生产现场数据统计分析表明,该系统具有较强的抗干扰性和良好的可靠性。并已在石油钻杆的生产中得到应用。 Adopted electro-hydraulic proportional valves, a computer closed loop control system of friction welding was developed, in which a closed loop control of the axial pressure during friction welding is accomplished and both the rotational speed of the main shaft and the axial shortening displacement can be measured in real time. The examination of characteristic and quality on production scene shows that the control system has high anti-disturbance and good reliability. It has been applied in the production of drill piper.
