摘要
桩核应用已有100多年历史,过去人们注重的是防止桩的变形和折断,所以提倡使用刚性的桩核系统。随着桩核的材料不断发展,对桩的作用的进一步认识,即桩并不能增加牙体的抗力,关注的焦点从防止桩变形折断转为防止根折的发生。如何采用生物相容性好,美学性能、抗腐蚀抗疲劳性能佳且与牙本质弹性模量相近的材料,使应力更加均匀的分布,防止根折的发生,达到最佳的远期修复效果是目前桩核材料发展的方向。就常用的金属和非金属材料的性能、优缺点及临床应用与发展予以综述。
Post-core have been used for over 100 years of which the rigid system was recommended becaue mere attention was put to prevent its deformation and fracture, in the past. With the development of post-core material and further recognition of its effect such as post-core can not increase tooth resistance,the focus of at- tention on the post-core is turning from preventing deformation to preventing fracture at root. How to use material with good biecompafibility, aesthetic properties, excellent anti-corrosion and fatigue resistance and similar mate- rials of dental elastic modulus to get a more uniform stress distrlbution,prevent the occurrence of fracture at root and achieve the best long-term restoration effect is the direction of development of post-core material. This article reviews the common used metal and non-metal meterials about their function, advantages and disadvantages as well as clinical application and development.
