摘要
目的:评估新生儿低剂量头颅CT扫描的图像质量和临床应用价值。方法:对临床怀疑颅脑病变需行CT检查的新生儿60例,随机分成常规剂量和低剂量组2组。对比两种剂量扫描产生的CT吸收剂量指数(CTDIw);盲法评判两组扫描剂量的图像质量。结果:(1)低剂量扫描组的CTDIw吸收剂量仅相当于常规剂量的34.9%;(2)低剂量组图像质量以较好为主,较常规剂量组稍差,但未出现不合格图像,不影响诊断。结论:采用120kV、70mAs左右的低剂量对新生儿进行头颅CT扫描,既能满足临床诊断要求,又能减少辐射剂量。
Objective: To evaluate the image quality the clinical application of low-dose spiral CT scan to brain neonatal. Methods: 60 neonates with suspected cranial disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups averagely. Weighted CT dose index (CTDIw) of the two groups were compared with each other. The image quality was blindly evaluated in both groups. Result:(1)The CTDIw in low dose group was 34.9% of the index in conventional dose group;(2) The image quality in low dose group mostly was better, but inferior to that in conventional dose group, and all images were qualitied for diagnosing. Conclusion:The low-dose scanning (120kV, 70mAs )would be practical in diagnosing the neonatal intraeranial lesions .
