长期高压氧治疗重型颅脑外伤患者效果及对肝功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨长期高压氧治疗对重型颅脑外伤患者的疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法:重型颅脑外伤16例进行8个疗程的高压氧治疗。在高压氧治疗前和治疗4、8个疗程后分别采用GCS评分、DRS评分和肝功能指标,对长期高压氧治疗重型颅脑外伤患者的疗效以及对正常脏器功能的影响进行统计分析。结果:高压氧治疗4、8个疗程后,患者GCS评分明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),DRS评分显著降低(P<0.05)。肝功能GPT较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论:长期高压氧治疗可显著改善重型颅脑外伤患者病情,且对肝功能无明显影响。
