摘要
介绍了毫米波前端电路功能模块的密封组装新工艺,通过分析连接面的特点、合理设计焊接面的连接结构,采用适用的温度阶梯和工艺方法,在毫米波收发前端上采用软钎焊工艺技术实现了密封要求,为毫米波频段产品的小型化、耐环境、高可靠提供了实用的三防工艺技术。
This paper describes the new sealing technology for the functional modules of the millimeter wave (MMW) front - end circuit. Soft soldering technology is used to seal the modules of the MMW T/R front - end to meet the sealing requirements through reasonably designing the connection structure of the soldering surface based on the characteristics of the connection surface and employing applicable temperature gradient and technological process, thus, a practical sealing technology which protects the MMW products against moisture, mould and salt mist is provided so that the products will be minimized, environment - resistant and reliable.
