The Stamping Technology for Thick Plates

摘要 冲制>4~20mm的平板零件可取代铸、锻、粉冶及切削加工,生产各种机电与家电产品结构而获取优质高产及丰厚的效益,具有极大的潜力和广阔的前景,是现代冲压技术发展方向、开拓重点。目前存在着冲件质量差、冲模寿命低等难题,需要在发展材料技术、模具技术及大吨位冲压设备生产技术的基础上大力推广应用。 Stamping the plate parts having the thickness more than 20 mm can instead the casting, forging powder forming and cutting manfacuring processes, to manufacture the products in machinical, electronic and demestic electric industry. It can help to get high quality, large output amount and good benefits, also have great latent and wide usage prospect, which is the developing direction and emphasis of modern stemping technology. At present the problem as poor quality of the stamping and short working life of the stamping die are exist. It will be used widely by developing material and die technology and high tonage stamping equipments.
