摘要
过油管防喷器依靠环形密封胶心实现油田带压起下管柱时的井口防喷控制。利用Solid-works软件建立模型,对其在不同控制压力下的接触压力进行计算,说明胶心对常规油管进行动密封时,圆柱面中间区域是主要密封"工作面",上端面边棱位置应力严重集中且易破坏。以此为基本事件,借助有限元软件优化模块,建立优化目标,完成了胶心尺寸优化,获得最佳长径比为1.7。改型胶心密封性能得到加强,寿命得以延长,对提高油田防喷控制效率有重要意义。
The through-tubing blowout preventer relies on the rubber core to control sealing during the up-down working with pressure in oil well.The model of rubber core is made by the Solidworks software,and the contact pressure under different controlling condition is calculated.It concludes that the middle part is the main 'work area',and the stress on arris of up side is much greater,and easy to be broken especially.Based on this,the optimization aim is built by the finite element software.The dimension of the core is optimized,and the best ratio of length and diameter is 1.7.The core's sealing capacity is strengthened and the life is lengthened.It can improve the controlling efficiency of preventer in oilfield scientifically.
