摘要
地下水是德州市重要的水资源。浅层地下水易采易补,更新能力强,优先开采浅层地下水,充分发挥浅层地下水资源的供水功能;深层地下水更新能力弱,限制其开发利用。建议合理调控地下水位,控制开采量,优化水资源开发结构,遏制地下水超采漏斗、地面沉降等环境问题的继续发展,保持地下水资源的可持续利用。
As a kind of water resource, Groundwater is of great importance in Dezhou. The shallow groundwater, with the strong renewal ability and easy to be exploited and supplied, should be exploited in priority and utilized fully as water supply source. On the contrast, exploitation of the deep groundwater should be limited because of its weak renewal ability. Many suggestions are given to keep sustainable utilization of groundwater resource in this paper, such as rational regulation of underground water level, control of exploitation quantity, optimization of exploitation structure of water resource, containment of spread of environmental issues which include overexploiting funnels of groundwater and ground subsidence.
