摘要
采用乳化交联法,经戊二醛交联包埋自制磁性颗粒,制得磁性交联壳聚糖微球.对其形貌进行分析,结果表明,该磁性微球表面平滑,粒径均匀.该微球对初始浓度32.28 mg/L的脱落酸吸附量为8.709×10-5mol/g,一次吸附率为89%.其吸附等温式符合Langmuir模型,表明吸附过程是以化学吸附为主的单分子层吸附.动力学过程用准二级吸附动力学模拟,线性相关系数0.999.
Using glutaradehyde as the cross-linker, magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared by the suspension cross-linking technique. The characterization of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope showed that the microspheres with smooth surface were well shaped. The adsorption capacity of the microspheres for abscisic acid is 8. 709 × 10^-5 mol/g at the initial concentration of 32.28 mg/L,and the one step adsorption rate is 89%. Adsorption isotherms fit the Langmuir model well, indicating that the adsorption of abscisic acid on the microsphere is monolayer controlled by chemisorption. And, high correlation coefficient (0. 999) was obtained by using the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation to model the adsorption kinetics.
