摘要
在柴油机上提高喷油压力和加装燃油加热装置后,进行了燃用菜籽油的耐久性试验。分析了柴油机燃用菜籽油存在的问题,并对耐久试验前后燃油消耗率及排气温度等进行了对比。试验结果表明:菜籽油等植物油可作为一种代用燃料,但柴油机长时间燃用植物油,会在喷嘴、气门、活塞头部、气缸顶部积炭,出现缸套轻微刮伤现象,导致了柴油机性能和经济性的下降;同时,也出现了植物油渗漏污染润滑油的现象;燃用植物油运行一百多小时后,其燃油消耗率及排气温度的变化不大。
The durability of diesel engine fueled with rapeseed oil was tested after the fuel injection pressure was improved and a fuel pre-heating device was installed. The problems,diesel engine fueled with rapeseed oil for long time,were pointed out. The fuel consumption and exhaust temperature were compared and analyzed before and after the experiment. The results showed that rapeseed oil and vegetable oil to be an alternative fuel ,and the carbon deposit was produced in the nozzle, valve, piston head and cylinder top,slight scuffing of the cylinder liner, these disadvantages caused performance deterioration and economy decline ,lubricating oil was polluted by the leaked vegetable oil, after 100 hours, there were little change in fuel consumption and exhaust temperature.
