摘要
运用基于相差值的聚类评价法进行绩效评价,探索打破绩效评价中只"重科研"或只"重教学"的单一模式,体现了对教师多元化发展方式的尊重,拓宽了高校教师绩效综合评价的思路,对我国高等教育事业的发展有着重要的意义.
The evaluation method based on clustered interpolation is adopted in teacher'.s performanceevaluation. The diversification of teacher's performance evaluation system is promoted, which expresses the manager's respect to different development path of teachers, and extends the theory of university teacher' s performance evaluation.
