摘要
通过对期权激励的分析,指出用股票期权来激励管理人员确实是一个好的思路。但是,有效实施股票期权计划需要良好的内外部经济环境和法律环境,尤其是完善的市场运作机制,功能正常的金融证券市场,等等。
The inspiritment by stock option is analyzed. It is pointed out that stock option is a good idea toinspirit managers. However, the stock option plan requires good internal and external economicenvironment and legal environment, especially the sound market mechanism, the normal financial and stock markets and so on.
