分析了第三部门供给农村公共产品的必要性和可行性,认为第三部门面对市场经济和多元治理的必然趋势,以其得天独厚的优势逐渐在供给农村公共产品的过程中成为政府和社会之间的桥梁和纽带,虽然它面临诸多困境,但发展潜力巨大。提出了拓展第三部门对农村公共产品供给的路径。
The necessity and feasibility of the rural public products supplying by the third sector are analyzed. It is considered that, facing the inevitable trend of market economy and diversify governance, the third sector become the link between the government and society in the process of the public product supplying in countryside with the advantage in nature. The potential of the third sector is enormous although confronted with a lot of difficulties, The route expanding of the third sector of rural public products supplying is proposed.
