摘要 分析压阻式压力传感器的工作原理,针对压阻式压力传感器输出电压受温度影响较大的特点,讨论了一种基于小波神经网络的温度误差补偿方法。实验表明,采用该方法后,压阻式压力传感器输出电压受温度影响大大减小,系统性能更加稳定,工作更加可靠。 In his paper, principleof piezoresistive pressure sensor's is analyzed briefly; Aim at the feature that piezoresistive pressure sensor's output voltage is affected greatly by temperature, one method based on the wavelet neural networks is discussed in order to compensate thetemperature error. The experiments show that piezoresistive pressure sensor's output voltage is affected less greatly by temperature after applying this method, the system's performance become more stable, work more reliably.
