摘要
对新形势下提出的"以企业为主体的技术创新体系"进行了再阐释,从技术创新的投入主体、活动主体和成果应用主体三个维度论证了企业在技术创新中的核心地位,并构建了以企业为主体技术创新体系三维模型;提出了企业技术创新过程中的内核膨胀机理与网络协同机理,并对模型的稳定性进行了分析;从产学研合作的角度,提出了具有操作性、合理化的建议。
This paper discusses the technology innovation system centered on enterprises under the new situation ,demonstrates the important position of enterprises in technology innovation system and sets up a three-dimensional model of technology innovation system centered on enterprises from the principle investor dimension, the principle actor dimension and the principle achievement transformer dimension. Afterwards, the paper puts forward the kernel expansion mechanism and network collaborative mechanism, and examined the stability of the three dimensional model. Finally, the paper proposes a set of practical and feasible strategies from the perspective of the industry--study-research cooperation.
