摘要
消费讲节约与扩大消费需求是并行不悖的,它有助于提高消费者的生活质量,也是消费者必须承担的一种社会责任。消费讲节约的最深层意蕴是承继和弘扬中华民族传统节俭文化。
Frugality in consumption and expanding the need of consumption are parallel and not contrary to each other. Frugality can improve the quality of life and is a social responsibility for consumers. The essence and significance of frugality is that it inherits and spreads the traditional culture quintessence of Chinese.
