摘要 病例女，77岁。2周前受凉，咳少量白痰，乏力1周，发热1天入院，查体：体温38℃，双肺可闻干湿罗音，余无明显异常，实验室俭查：WBC5-41×10^9／L，淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞比例正常，超敏C-反应蛋白12．43mg／L，过敏原监测：鸡肉＋2级．其他均0级：PPD、血管紧张索转换酶阴性，军团菌、支原体、农原体、
