摘要
研究了吉林省通化产东北细辛挥发油的化学成分。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取细辛挥发油;用气相色谱——质谱进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行鉴定,应用TIC峰面积归一法测定各成分的相对含量。从通化产东北细辛样品中共检出83个峰,共占其色谱流出组分总量的99.11%;其中相对含量以1,2-二甲氧基-4-(2-丙稀基)苯(12.98%)、1,2-苯二羧酸丁癸酯(11.02%)、2-羧基肉桂酸(6.09%)、十五烷(5.965)、5-(1-丙烯基)-1,3-苯二恶茂(5.04%)、3,5-二甲氧基-甲苯(4.49%)、6-甲氧基-2-NH2-1H嘌呤(4.86%)、1,2,3-三甲氧基-5-(2-丙烯基)苯(3.78%)、Z、Z-4,6-十六烯(3.51%)、4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-苯并二恶茂(3.05%)等成分为主。
The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Herba Asari of TongHua County in JiLi province. The volatile oil was distilled with water vapor. The chemical constituents in the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. Chemical composing were appraised by the technology of Computer- inspect. Their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method. Eighty-three com- pounds were separated. These constituents represent 99.11% of the total peak areas. The main aroma components with higher relative content in the wine include: Benzene, 1,2-dimethoxy--4- (2-propenyl)- ;1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, butyl decyl ester;2-Car- boxycinnamic acid;Pentadecane;1,3-Benzodioxole, 5- (1-propenyl)-;Toluene, 3,5-dimethoxy-; 1H-Purin-2-amine, 6-methoxy-; Benzene, 1,2,3-trimethoxy-5-(2-pro penyl)-; Z,Z,--4,6-Hexadecadiene; 1,3-Benzodioxole, 4-methoxy-6-(2-p ropcnyl)-.
