摘要
以玉米淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,通过反相乳液三元聚合技术制得淀粉改性阳离子多元共聚物。利用该共聚物与聚合氯化铝(PAC)配合使用,对制浆造纸中段废水进行处理,考察pH值、药剂用量及沉淀时间等因素对CODcr、SS、色度去除率的影响,得出最佳实验条件.实验结果表明,当废水pH值为6~7、沉降时间为25min、聚合氯化铝最佳投药量为200mg/L、多元共聚物最佳投药量为8mg/L。处理后废水CODcr、SS、色度去除率分别达到94.8%、97.1%和93%.
Micromolecular floccuent was synthesized with starch, acrylamide (AM) and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) by inverse emulsion and there-member polymerization. The flocculent together with Polyaluminum (PAC) were used to treating the paper-maklng wastewater. The results showed that the optimum amour of copolymer and PAC was 8 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively, pH=6-7 and the time was 25 rain, in which the CODer, SS and colourity removal rate was 94.8%, 97. 1%, and 93%.
