摘要
研究了分光光度法、两种HPLC测定银杏叶提取物中的总黄酮的方法,并比较了上述三种方法测定结果及其特点。
A spectrophotometric method and two HPLC methods were used for the determi-nation of the total content of flavone glycosides in the extracts of the leaves of Gingko bilobaL. (EGb). The results of determination and the characteristics of above three methods werecompared and discussed.
