锆合金薄片材料高温低周疲劳试验技术 被引量:3

On Low Cycle Fatigue Testing Technique at Elevated Temperature based on Slice Specimen

摘要 提出了一套适用于1-2mm厚度小试样高温低周疲劳的试验方法,包括薄片漏斗小试样与二次夹具合理设计、MTS引伸计改进、MTS TestStar Ⅱ PID优化、径向应变向轴向应变换算方法以及泊松比测量方法。对Zr-4合金完成了常温与400℃高温下单轴材料性能试验,给出了Zr-4合金的常规特性参数和弹塑性泊松比并讨论了温度效应。 To meet constant-amplitude LCF (low cycle fatigue) at elevated temperature on slice specimen with 1-2mm thickness, an available loading train included bugle-slice specimen and extensogrips were designed, and improving on MTS radial extensometer and optimizing on PID for MTS TestStar Ⅱ were performed. Meanwhile, an effective method to transform from landscape strain of bugle specimen to axial strain of standard specimen and testing method of Possion ratio at elevated temperatures were recommended. Finally, tensional tests on Zr-4 alloy at room and 400℃ were carried out and the effect of temperatures on normal mechanics properties and Possion ratio of the alloy were discussed.
