摘要
对聚β－羟丁酸酯（ＰＨＢ）的紫外分光检测方法作了若干改进。首先发现残留溶剂对定量检测有严重的干扰，通过延长氯仿蒸发时间和改变空白试剂可基本消除这一干扰。另外，经比较选用次氯酸钠破胞为紫外分析的预处理方法，其最优预处理条件为ｐＨ９．５６，菌体干重／次氯酸钠为２ｇ／１００ｍｌ，作用时间１．０２ｈ．
The spectrophotometric assay of poly β hydroxybutyrate (PHB) was modified by pretreatment to eliminate the chloroform residual.Several pretreatment methods were compared,and the optimun conditions were also analysed by computer.
