摘要
综述了高密度高磁导率高饱和磁感应强度MnZn铁氧体的研究现状,阐述了配方体系、预烧工艺、添加剂、成型和烧结工艺等因素对MnZn铁氧体的密度、磁导率和饱和磁感应强度的影响。并指出了高密度高磁导率高饱和磁感应强度MnZn铁氧体制备技术的发展趋势。
In this paper,the present status of research on MnZn ferrites with high density,high permeability (μ) and high saturation magnetic induction(Bx ) is summarized. The effects of preparing process on the density, permeability and saturation magnetic induction of MnZn ferrites are expatiated, such as formula system, calcination process, additives, molding and sintering process. The development trend of preparing technologies of MnZn ferrites with high density,high permeability and high saturation magnetic induction is pointed out.
