摘要
研究了以浓H2SO4、FeCl3·6H2O、对甲基苯磺酸、磷钨酸,四种不同的催化剂催化合成尼泊金丁酯,结果表明磷钨酸催化活性最高。重点考察了以磷钨酸为催化剂时,催化剂用量、正丁醇与对羟基苯甲酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。得出最佳反应条件为:n(甲苯):n(对羟基苯甲酸):n(正丁醇)=1:1:5,催化剂的加入量为对羟基苯甲酸质量的5%,反应温度120℃,反应时间3h,酯的收率为52.6%。
Synthesis of Butylparaben catalied by oil of vitriol, FeCl3 · 6H2O, p-Toluenesulfonic acid and phosphotungstic acid respectly was studied. And the results showed that the activity of phosphotungstic acid was highest. Effect of dosage of catalyst, n-Butanol-to-p-hydroxybenzoic acid molar ratio, reaction time were investigated using phosphotungstic acid as the catalyst. The results showed that the optimal condition was as follows:catalyst dosage=5% percentage of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, n-Butanol-to-p-hydroxybenzoic-acid-to- Toluene molar ratio 5:1:1, reaction temperature 120℃ and reaction time 3h. Butylparaben yield of 52.6% was obtained under the optimal condition.
