长北气田长水平井段裸眼钻井(完井)液技术 被引量:29

DRILLING AND COMPLETION FLUID TECHNOLOGY FOR LONG HORIZONTAL OPENHOLE COMPLETION IN CHANGBEI GAS FIELD

摘要 介绍了用于长水平井段配合裸眼完井工艺特点的无黏土低伤害暂堵钻井(完井)液体系及其现场应用情况。室内和现场实验结果表明,无黏土低伤害暂堵钻井(完井)液体系性能稳定、密度低、失水低、润滑防卡性能优良、暂堵效果好,能有效保护气层。在整个水平段长时间施工过程中,完全能够适应长水平段钻井。同时对气层暂堵好,井壁上形成的暂堵滤饼可以通过气层压力完成解堵,很大程度上简化了完井、投产作业。经过测试,该体系对地层的伤害与其他体系相比,更有利于保护地层,更有利于工程施工,在常温条件下对地层的伤害仅有4.6%~5.1%,在特殊模拟井下条件下,对地层的伤害仅有6%~14%,是一种新型高效的完井液体系。该体系应用于长北气田CB1—1井,裸眼完井并直接气举投产,获得无阻流量218×10^4m^3/d的高产气流。创长北地区气田产量之最。 This paper introduced a drilling & completion fluid used for openhole completion in long horizontal wells which has no bentonite added, with low damage, being used for temporary plugging, and also presented its application in Changbei gas field. The results based on laboratory and rig site show that this fluid has many characteristics such as stable performance, low density, low filtration, excellent lubricity, high temporary plugging capability, able to provide effective protection for gas reservoir, and so on. In long time drilling of the horizontal section, this drilling & completion fluid can fully satisfy the safe drilling requirements and provide effective plugging of gas zones. The temporary plugging filter cake formed on the borehole can be cleared away under the gas pressure of pay zones, simplifying the completion and production procedures to a large extent. Compared with other completion fluid systems, this drilling & completion fluid is more favorable for protecting formations and safe operations. Its damage ratio to the pay zone under normal temperature conditions is 4.6%-5.1%, and 6%-14% under specially simulated downhole conditions. It has been applied in the well CB1-1 in Changbei gas field to conduct openhole completion and gas lift for production, with a potential rate of 2.18×106m3/d obtained, which has created the highest record of natural gas output in Changbei gas field.
