摘要
为了与我国LNG工业的迅速发展相适应,需要有自主知识产权的专用的LNG流程模拟软件对LNG流程进行模拟、设计、优化,促进LNG工业的国产化。为此开发了天然气液化流程模拟系统(LNGSims)。该系统可通过图形组态方式绘制LNG流程模型,自动检测模型是否正确,对正确模型进行切割后模拟计算,对不正确的模型给出相关提示信息供操作人员修改。LNGSims系统操作简单,人机交互性强,容易掌握。通过对某液化天然气工厂的建模计算,结果表明该系统精度较高,达到了实际应用水平。
Even though some domestic scholars have developed programs on simulating certain LNG flow process, special LNG process simulation system can not be found for present Chinese LNG industry. In order to keep up the pace with the rapid development of LNG industry in China, we need a professional simulation software which can simulate, design, and optimize the LNG flow process to promote the nationalization of LNG industry. This paper introduced a newly developed simulation system of LNGSims, which could draw up the LNG flow process model by configuration and modeling tools and could also judge if the model was corrected by autotest, i. e., if correct, the model would be simulated and calculated after crosscutting; if not correct, the related information would clue to the operators for modification. LNGSims has been proved to be easy to handle by operators because of its good ability of user interaction. Through its application in a certain LNG factory, the LNGsims performed well with high accuracy and could meet the actual requirement of the LNG manufacturers.
