摘要
针对中低品位一水硬铝石铝土矿处理和硅溶出抑制工艺要求,研究采用溶出原液中添加一定量二氧化硅和溶出后降温脱硅的方法对中低品位铝土矿溶出脱硅工艺进行了研究;研究表明采用三种方式均可以有效降低溶出液中的二氧化硅浓度和二氧化硅溶出率;通过对比溶出脱硅方法,采用降温制度调整对处理中低品位铝土矿是较适合方法。
In order to utilize the diasporic bauxite that the low alumina to silica mass ratio, reduce leachinging rate of silica, two methods were used to reduce the concentration of silica: digestion the bauxite by concent silica solution, desilication solution by temperature-drop program. The study shows that two methods could effective reduce silica concentration and the leaching rate of silica. Through three methods, the most significant method is desilication solution by temperature-drop program.
